What's it all about?

Our Stress Down Day UK initiative began on 27 October 2017 to promote positive mental health. The next one is on 23 March 2018.
A little like a dress down day, we ask people to donate an amount of money for time off to de-stress, with employers giving staff time off. Any donations go towards our community charity cafes and hubs, helping armed forces and emergency service veterans across the UK

How do I sign up?

Check out our dedicated Stress Down Day UK website! We're especially encouraging firms or organisations who've signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant to get involved. It's a great way to 'walk the walk' and show you're supporting veterans. Check out who has signed up on the Armed Forces Covenant website
