FirstLight Trust’s Christmas Bake Off!
Following the fantastic success of the Firstlight Trust Christmas Bake-Off last year, we held our Christmas Bake-Off on Wednesday the 6th December. Each of our hubs in Hereford, Gosport, Falkirk and Hawick got involved. Staff and some veterans came long with their festive bakes and tasters from far and wide descended on the hubs to taste and select a winner!
Here is a selection of some of these amazing bakes! The hub winners were as follows:

2 – Tim with his Christmas Ginger Surprise in Gosport
3 – Heather with her Devil’s Chocolate Cake with marshmallow snowman in Falkirk
4 – Lia with her Cup Cakes in Hawick
